- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Appointments System is Most Unsatisfactory. Doctors ignored my abnormal blood results for three years. My condition deteriorated so I had to get private consultation. Recently the surgery is going downhill fast. If you need treatment or tests, look elsewhere because these GPs are not going to be your advocate. Probably explains why the staff morale has dropped too.All goes to show that without a strong customer focused leadership, eventually the set up will fall apart. Surgery manager is never available to resolve any problem. This report is based on my extensive experience over the past 60 months. It has been written honestly and fairly. It is very sad that my previous two Doctors in this surgery did noting to reduce my sufferings and kept me in the dark.By Admin, October 03, 2020
